The focus of the wine program at Cue is to offer the world’s finest wines at a value to every guest, at a price range to accommodate every budget. When preparing the list, the tasting focus was to find wines that were well-made, representing a sense of terroir, and most importantly all decisions were based on the wine’s ability to pair with the Chef ‘s beautifully prepared cuisine.

The goal is to build the wine scene of the city of Minneapolis to new heights by exposing its diners to new and esoteric varietals paired with comfortable offerings from perhaps unorthodox producers. The wine list is built to allow the guest to easily navigate the 500 selection list, whether he/she is a connoisseur or new to the world of wine.
