After helping run the St. Paul School district, the City of St. Paul and her family's East Side Italian food market, running our front desk and keeping track of the headless chickens around here is a piece of pizzelli for this paisan. Mary Beth is not only a seasoned business professional, she also knows a thing or two about seasonings. She learned to cook at the aprons of some of Little Italy's greatest kitchen Contessas, something our horde really appreciates when she handles the victuals for our picnics and parties. Her favorite time away from work (are there such things?) are spent vacationing with husband Jim and their progeny, newlyweds son Matthew and lovely daugheter-in-law Tiffani, Andréa and Anthony; regaling friends and extended family around the holidays; collecting collectibles; and listening to "that good ol' rock 'n' roll."
